Thank you for choosing Shutters by the Sea. These terms help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

1. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Direct bank transfer: No additional payment fee.
• Visa or Mastercard: 2% surcharge.
• International cards: 3.5% surcharge.

2. Cancellation

• 5 days or more before arrival: Full refund.
• Less than 5 days before arrival: The full booking amount is non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departure: No refund is provided.

If we are able to rebook cancelled dates, we will gladly refund the corresponding amount where possible.

Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other online travel agencies are subject to the cancellation policy shown on that platform.

3. Guests & Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
• The person making the booking must be 18 or over and staying at the property.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior permission has been given.
• Special offers and promotional rates may be subject to specific date restrictions.

4. House Rules

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:30 AM
• Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Pets: Not permitted.
• Parties: No parties

Breaches of these conditions may result in the booking being terminated without refund.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.
